Myriad Group erwartet soliden Umsatz von rund USD 35 Millionen für das erste Halbjahr 2011

22.07.2011, Myriad Group AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MYRN), ein weltweit führendes Unternehmen in Mobile- Technologie mit über 3.8 Milliarden Software Applikationen in mehr als 2.2 Milliarden Telefonen, veröffentlichte heute, dass das Unternehmen für das erste Halbjahr 2011 voraussichtlich einen Umsatz (nicht testiert) von rund USD 35 Millionen erwartet.

Aufgrund der Vertragskündigung von MobiWire (ehemals Sagem Wireless) im September 2010 und MobiWire‘s Insolvenzverfahren im Mai 2011 beinhaltet die Erfolgsrechnung der Myriad Group AG verschiedene Basiseffekte im Vergleich der beiden Geschäftsjahre 2011/2010.

In direktem Vergleich mit dem nicht-Sagem-basierten Geschäft im ersten Halbjahr 2010 (USD 32.7 Millionen) entspricht der erwartete Umsatz einem soliden Anstieg von 7%. Auf Stufe EBITDA vor Restrukturierungskosten erwartet Myriad Group für das erste Halbjahr 2011 einen Gewinn von USD 7-8 Millionen, dies widerspiegelt die Schritte, die unternommen wurde, um die Kostenbasis deutlich zu senken. Auf Stufe EBIT wird ein Verlust von USD 3-4 Millionen erwartet. Die liquiden Mittel beliefen sich per 30. Juni 2011 auf USD 16.4 Millionen.
