Mountain Super Angel AG: Veröffentlichung gemäß Art. 21 BEHG

15.07.2011, Die Mountain Super Angel AG hat am 13. Juli 2011 folgende Meldungen gemäss Art. 20 BEHG erhalten:

1) Die S&D Pension Scheme, UK, verfügt über 4.400.000 Inhaberaktien, entsprechend 4,3% der Stimmrechte, und hat damit die Meldeschwelle von 5% unterschritten. Ansprechpartner der Gesellschaft ist Herr Daniel Rosen, T: +44-7740173059.

2) Die Injaz Mena Investment Company PSC, Abu Dhabi, verfügt über 2.500.000 Inhaberaktien, entsprechend 2,4% der Stimmrechte, und hat damit die Meldeschwelle von 3% unterschritten. Ansprechpartner der Gesellschaft ist Herr Claude Lobo, T: +971-26728400.

3) Die Artus Capital GmbH & Co. KGaA, Am Eulenhof 14, 95326 Kulmbach, hat im Rahmen der Bezugsrechtskapitalerhöhung 1.650.000 Aktien der Mountain Super Angel AG, St. Gallen, gezeichnet und hält nunmehr 6.500.000 Inhaberaktien.
